Project Started After a Long Break.

Since our academics was very tight,and exams were all in a hurry,we were force to concentrate much in our studies. This made a considerable delay in the progress of our project. We are extremely sure that,we can compensate the days and time that had passed. We will definitely utilize this short time we are allowed with sincere hard work and dedication.

DAY 25 RIGGING STARTED

Along with the other process,we started rigging our characters.

DAY 23 PROP MODELLING

Along with our animatics finalization we started modeling our props & environment designs.
animatics we are hoping to finished by Tuesday

DAY 22 FINISHED ANIMATICS DRAWINGS

we finished our animatics drawings,but we need to edit it in compositing software with adding sound tracks to finalise the animatics.
Sound tracks are not yet finalised.
we are slightly backwards with our time schedule

DAY 19 PREPARING ANIMATICS

we started drawing and preparing our scenes for making animatics. we already collected some music loops.but yet not fixed the music.

DAY 15-18 CHARACTER MODELLING FINISHED

we completed our models but that needed some tweaking's. male panda is finished and it needed to be painted.rigging is to be done,

DAY-14 WORKING ON OUR CHARACTER MODELLING

This is our day14 of our project now we are in the process of modeling our characters in maya as we got two characters,one male & one female panda to model also some props to model we need to hurry up, this models has to be submitted by 22nd'friday.
Modeling we are not feeling much difficulty but the tricky part will be skinning..but we are confident we can tackle that phase...ofcourse with some help with our sir.

DAY-12 CHARACTER MODEL SHEET SUBMITTED AND APPROVED.

Even though the submission date of character model sheet is on day 14th of 60 day plan,we could submit it on today. we are very happy to convey that we are the earliest among the groups to get character model sheet approved.

DAY-11 WE FAIL TO SUBMIT OUR STORYBOARD

on this day we failed to submit our storyboard on time,but it was not that we didn't plan our day,but due to some printing problems and some lack of time management we completed it only after 4 and our Sir was not satisfied,but we tried our best,we all worked together.we felt some sadness but we all become more and more confidence,more alert, we learned some more lessons that even if we had planned everything but to make it success we need more involvement and more dedication.

If Vinod sir has accepted our work after 4.oo,we may not develop the seriousness and sometimes we may repeat this failure,With his clear cut attitude Sir made us more alert & more desire to work,Thanks Sir....

We are all working our best to make this project success...
now we are doing our character designing...Prem & sumitha are carrying with that work.
others are doing the prop and other developing...

DAY-10 SCRIPT SUBMITTED

On Day 10,we Submitted our scipt and we got approve from our sir.
So we started making the storyboard,which is to be submitted tomorrow,
Prem has assigned for developing the storyboard along with the help of our entire team.

DAY-9 ONE LINE TREATMENT SUBMITTED

On day 9,we submitted our one line treatment of our script to our Sir as per his instruction.
And we began to develop our detailed Script,so we made a group discussion and assigned Sumitha to write down the Script.

DAY-8 CONCEPT FINALISED

On day 8,we finalized our story,and started the process of collecting references and bg score for the animation & also discussed about the character designing & script for our concept.
All our Team members took equal coordinance in developing each and every part of our story,
we moved in a team and it helped us in many factors.
we made a complete list of what all materials and props we needed for our concept and assigned each member with each work it made easy for us.

DAY-7 R&D

On Day 7,we had R&D session with all our team members and made many addons and changes to our concept.we conducted many open discussion and decided to make little tweaks to our Panda concept with the help of Vinod Sir's opinions.

DAY-2 CONCEPT APPROVED

On May 8th we came upon with our panda concept and sir approved and decided our team members.
As Kenny coordinator we made a team of 11 members: A.K.Prem,Aneesh,Juwin Joseph,Mirzad,Nabeel,Praveen.v,Sinu,Sruthy,Stephy & Sumitha.

Our Concept was to convey a message that pandas are endangered species and is going to extint.

DAY-1 CONCEPT DISCUSSION

On May-7th we started our 60dayplan Short Animation Project.
we discussed each concepts of every member in our class and made a group discussion about each story concepts.
